CdSe:GQD Photodetector Rig

I designed both the LED holder and sample stage in Fusion 360 and 3D-printed them in-house. The fixed geometry eliminates variable contact resistance that made earlier free-hand setups unreliable. This rendering was made in Blender for the research paper figure.

CdSe:GQD Thin Film on Silicon

A 5 × 5 mm² silicon wafer coated with a CdSe:GQD composite thin film. The silver paint contacts are applied by hand under a microscope — each contact placed to ensure flat, repeatable electrical connection across every measurement run.

Cryogenic System for Low-Temperature Measurements

CNC-machined an aluminium connector to hold a 10⁻³ mbar vacuum, then wrote LabVIEW programs interfacing a Keithley SMU and temperature controller to fully automate measurements down to cryogenic temperatures (~77 K). This is where I learned to tune a PID controller in practice.

Automatic Temperature Controlled Fan

A custom-built automatic temperature-controlled fan system. The control unit features toggle switches for resistor and thermistor inputs, housed in a clean enclosure. The fan itself is mounted on an articulated 3D-printed arm, showcasing a practical integration of electronics and mechanical design.

As part of the Management Team for the International Relations Council at SRM University, AP, I actively collaborated with the social media team. We conceptualized, shot, and edited promotional Instagram Reels for various international workshops (like the Taiwanese Tea & Mandarin Calligraphy Workshops) and cultural celebrations (Diwali, Dussehra) to drive student engagement and highlight cultural exchange on campus.

Complete PV Hydrogen Electrolyzer

A successful outdoor deployment of a complete PV Hydrogen Electrolyzer. This project culminated in using solar power to produce hydrogen and fly a balloon in the open air. This was an intensive, multi-disciplinary group work at Shakti Photon Solutions alongside Noah Jacob (CTO) and Gagan (Intern). We also successfully deployed the laboratory setup at NIT Warangal.

Hardware Prototyping & CNC Machining

Focusing on the deep hardware engineering aspects at Shakti Photon Solutions. We machined custom graphite plates with serpentine channels using a CNC machine, built acrylic storage tanks, and developed a 3D-printed Hydrogen Safety Sensor. This complex mechanical and electronic integration was a collaborative effort with Noah Jacob (CTO) and Gagan (Intern).

Email-to-Calendar AI Agent & App

A zero-code mobile frontend built with Google AppSheet to triage events extracted from my inbox. A background Google Apps Script uses Mistral AI to parse emails and log actionable events into a Google Sheet database. This app lets me quickly review and approve events with a swipe, pushing them directly to my Google Calendar.
